General Information:

The intent of these specifications shall describe the work and products needed to clean the windows inside and out at nineteen (19) locations.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Non-Mandatory walk will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.  Contractors shall meet in the East Plaza of the Public Service Center located at 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.  The tour will include the exterior of several County buildings within the downtown campus.

MULTI-BUILDING WAYFINDING SIGNAGE

General Information:

The project will consist of the installation of new or replaced signage at three (3) different building locations. Each building will have different signage to either match the existing signage or be completely new.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A non-mandatory meeting is scheduled for 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.  The meeting will start at the Elections Building located at 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660 and then proceed to the other two locations.  There is metered parking inside the Public Service Center parking structure, adjacent to the Elections building.
