Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

Request approval of a request from the Assessor’s Office and Information Technology department for urgent preapproval of General Fund budget expense appropriation in the amount of $43,920 to pre-purchase additional programming and service hours from DocuNav, the county’s Laserfische implementation partner. The hours are required to redevelop and migrate existing Laserfische customer portals administered by the Assessor’s Office. Request approval to provide $2,000 to the Community Foundation of Southwest Washington to facilitate the delivery of honorariums to ECHO members with lived experience of homelessness.
