Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a professional services consultant agreement (SCN00002654) with Otak, Inc. for design services on scour repairs for Daybreak Bridge #273 (NE Daybreak Road/Hyatt Road, Mile Post 11.09) project; CRP 320222; PRJ0001780. If needed, an option to extend the duration of the agreement and increase the original contract amount by up to 10 percent is available to the County and the consultant.
     
  11. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a professional services consultant agreement (SCN00002659) with Otak, Inc. for design services on Matney South Bridge #169 at NE 232nd Avenue/Matney Creek. If needed, an option to extend the duration of the agreement and increase the original contract amount by up to 10 percent is available to the County and the consultant.
     
  12. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a professional services consultant agreement (SCN00002654) with Otak, Inc. for design services on Whipple Creek, Knapps Station, and Carson Bridges. If needed, an option to extend the duration of the agreement and increase the original contract amount by up to 10 percent is available to the County and the consultant.
     
  13. Request approval of the Final Order of Vacation for a portion of Northwest Lancaster Road; PRJ0001387.
