8. Approval to amend a previously approved staff report to allocate funding of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for a county-wide Retention Incentive for all represented and unrepresented regular employees. This amendment is to request an additional $200,000 to cover the full financial impact, due to the benefits portion of the incentive being more than originally estimated.
9. Approval of a new series of classifications: Internal Auditor with salary assignment of the classification to existing pay range M2.822, Internal Auditor, Senior assigned to existing pay range M2.824 and Internal Auditor, Principal assigned to existing pay range M2.827. Also, request that the County Manager approve the position change (P000170) from Management Analyst, Sr. to Internal Auditor, Senior and the position change (P000150) to Internal Auditor, Principal.

1. Approval of a resolution endorsing establishment of a regional Criminal Justice Training Center in Clark County.
2. Approval to amend the previously approved ARPA request in COM-06-22AD for supplies for the Community Development Permit Center to buy similar supplies for Code Enforcement. This would enhance Code Enforcement’s ability to work remotely. This budget amendment would move $5000 from Permit Center CC187 to Code Enforcement CC184.
3. Approval to place an advanced order for the 2023 replacement vehicles in order to accommodate for manufacturer’s long lead times and ordering deadlines.
