Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 


Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually. 

For meeting dates and times, please see the County Council Calendar or the Weekly Calendar on our Meeting Information page. 

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

4. Approval to reduce position HEC0082 from .85 FTE to .80 and use the budget savings to reclassify position HEW0042 from Public Health Nurse to an Epidemiologist
5. Utility easement to Clark Public Utilities for installing and maintaining electrical equipment for a sanitary sewer pump station on the NE 10th Avenue project, from NE 154th Street to NE 164th Street. CRP 370922

1. Request approval of Collective Bargaining Agreements between Clark County and Local 11 Office and Professional Workers (OPEIU), AFSCME Local 307CO, Laborers’ International Union of North America Health Care Division (LUNA) Local 335, and Local 17 Professional and Technical Employees (PTE)
2. Approval authorizing the Deputy County Manager to sign Interlocal agreements and any resulting amendments between Clark County Public Health and Evergreen, Hockinson, Battle Ground, Vancouver, Camas, and Washougal School Districts as they relate to the milk dispenser project. The agreements will have no remuneration
3. Utility easement with Clark Public Utilities so the Battle Ground, Yacolt, and Chelatchie Prairie Railroad Association can construct a maintenance building in Yacolt
4. Grant Agreement 16-1996C with the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office and any future amendments to the agreement, to assist with acquisition of the 105-acre Lower Daybreak Property from Columbia Land Trust and to construct the first phase of recreational improvements on the property
5. Grant agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation to complete design, permitting and construction of Bridge No. 12 on the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad
6. Professional services agreement with AKS Engineering and Forestry to develop documents to complete the site plan review process for Camp Hope, in a contract amount not to exceed $200,101
7. Professional services agreement with BergerABAM to develop documents to complete the site plan review process for Hockinson Meadows Community Park’s disc golf course in a contract amount not to exceed $322,623.
