Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

  15. Request approval of a resolution for the temporary road closure of the intersection of Northeast 179th Street and Northeast 29th Avenue to construct a new roundabout, bridges, retaining walls, drainage system, and stormwater facility, not to exceed two years.

Separate Business:

  1. Request approval of a resolution authorizing the release of a performance bond, the issuance and maintenance of which was required under a development agreement to guarantee the developer construct a permanent signalized intersection at NE 107th Street and State Route 503.

  2. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign amendment no. 5 to the Golf Course Management Agreement with Tri-Mountain Golf Management, LLC to extend the agreement from April 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026

  3. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to execute two contracts for non-capital projects: the 2021 Traffic Signal Upgrades project and the 2025 Road Preservation project
     
  4. Request acceptance of a state grant administered by the Washington State Department of Commerce and authorize the County Manager to sign all related contracts, amendments, and required reports
