Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

10. Approval authorizing the County Manager to execute an underground stormwater easement to Specialized Housing, Inc. across Parcel No. 188317-000.

Separate Business:
1. 
Approval of Resolution 2022-06-01 consistent with the Council action on June 7, 2022, relating to the Buildable Lands Report. The report is required to b e submitted to the State Department of Commerce, per RCW 36.70A.215, and is due by June 30. Staff Report; Buildable Lands Exhibit 1; Buildable Lands Exhibit 2; Buildable lands Exhibit 3
2. Approval authorizing Community Services to submit its 2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) One-Year Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Also, authorize the County Manager to sign the Action Plan forms, grant agreements, related subcontracts, amendments and required reports.
3. Approval of the 2022-2025 funding recommendations of the Community Action Advisory Board regarding Community Action Programs and Homeless Crisis Response System and authorize the County Manager to sign all related grant agreements, subcontracts, amendments, and required reports.
4. Approval of the 2021 Annual Bridge Report. 
5. Approval of a contract for financial advisory services with PFM Financial Advisors LLC.
6. Approval of a resolution delegating the Clark County Treasurer's Office broad authority to execute a partial refunding of the county's 2012R Limited Tax General Obligation refunding bonds to achieve the highest debt service savings possible. The resolution also authorizes the remaining bonds to be paid off early.
