Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

7. Approval authorizing the County Manager to execute Interagency Agreement K3816 between Clark County and the Washington State Department of Agriculture for funding in the amount of $4,500 to survey for the noxious weed tree-of-heaven within the County.
8. Approval of a resolution for temporary road closures for the Hazel Dell and Hockinson Fun Days Parades.
9. Approval of a Notice to Contractors to request bids for the Northeast Hazel Dell Avenue Sidewalk Improvements, from Northeast 99th Street to Northeast 117th Street; County Road Project No. 391222, PRJ0000288.

Separate Business:
1. 
Approval to submit a grant application to the Washington State Department of Commerce for funding up to $280,000 for purpose of providing services to Ukrainian refugees who are arriving in Clark County. Also, request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign all related documents.
2. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Columbia Arts Network, a non-profit Washington corporation, and Clark County, Washington, on behalf of the Clark County arts Commission.
3. Approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the Northwest Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory, hosted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
4. Approval to allocate $1.5 million in Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to Clark County Superior Court in support of the qualifying project outlined herein. Clark County Superior Court is pursuing additional funding to support qualifying projects from the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). Any qualifying AOC funds will be used to offset the ARPA-funded costs outlined herein. The amount of AOC funds to be awarded is yet to be determined by the State.
