Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

9. Approval of a resolution authorizing the County Manager to sign grant agreement No. GCB 3592 with the Washington State Department of Transportation in the amount of $2,720,000 for the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad Bridge Repair and Railroad Rehabilitation project, as well as two agreements to close out agreement No. RRB 1140 for railroad bridge No. 12 and agreement No. RRB 1181 for railroad bridge No. 20.
10. Approval of federal funding contracts (Project Prospectus and Local Agency Agreement) for the Northeast St. Johns Road Pavement Improvements project, County Road Project No. 320622.

Separate Business:
1. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a one-year Workday Success Plan agreement.
2. Approval of budget authorization in the amount of $3,828,146 to increase the 2022 vehicle replacement list vehicle count and spending authority to catch up on replacements and increase efficiency.
3. Approval of the first amendment to Resolution No. 2020-05-12 pertaining to the execution of a quit claim deed transferring Tax Parcel No. 176390-026 to the City of Vancouver. This action would amend a prior resolution to align with changes in the agreement with the City of Vancouver.
4. Approval authorizing the County Manager to execute a Release of Easement on Tax Parcel Numbers 195261-000 and 195264-000.
5. Approval to accept a multi-year $793,542.99 grant from the Washington State Health Care Authority and authorize the County Manager to sign related agreements with Columbia River Mental Health and Consumer Voices are Born. Also, recognize the need for a revenue-neutral supplemental increase during the next scheduled supplemental process.
