Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online.

Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

Minutes: - March 10, 2020 2. Acceptance of final plats approved by the County Manager for: - Harris Town Village Short Plat - Jackson 104th Street Short Plat 3. Approval of a Covenant Release for the Acero Padden Apartments (OLR-2020-00011). 4. Approval of a salary realignment for Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. 5. Approval of a salary realignment for the Chief Deputy and Undersheriff. 6. Approval of the Clark County Annual Capital Inventory Report ending Dec. 31, 2019. 7. Approval of a Final Order of Vacation for a portion of NW 41st Ave. and right-of-way for an adjacent, unconstructed east-west road. Activity No. A280156. 8. Approval of a contract with 3J Consulting, Inc. for the Housing Options Study and Action Plan. 4. Approval for the Purchasing Department to purchase a 2008 Ford Escape from Fleet Services in the amount of $5,000. 5. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign amendments extending the duration of two interlocal agreements with the Columbia Land Trust in order to complete two conservation futures bond projects.
