Charter Review Commission seeks feedback from community at upcoming virtual town hall meetings

Vancouver, Wash. – The Clark County Charter Review Commission will hold a series of town hall meetings to get feedback from county residents. All meetings will be held in a virtual format on WebEx.

The town hall meetings will be:

Charter Review Commissioners will present information on potential changes to the county’s charter and seek feedback from town hall participants. Anyone wishing to provide written comment to the commission may do so via the county’s website at

Any changes to the charter that the review commission recommends would go to a countywide vote in a general election. The review commission has set a target of July 7 for submitting any potential changes to the charter to Elections.

The Charter Review Commission is tasked with reviewing the county’s home rule charter approved by voters in November 2014. This will be the first review of the county’s charter.
