Clark County Superior Court on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, will host its first ever Color of Justice Event. With support and funding from the Administrative Office of the Courts, this is a one-day event to encourage local middle school girls of color to consider legal and judicial careers by bringing them together with judges and attorneys. 

Students from Vancouver Public Schools will have an opportunity to meet and learn from judges, lawyers, and court professionals. The program aims to help foster diversity within the judicial branch and legal field. Students will hear from local attorneys, judges, and a special keynote address from Washington State Supreme Court Justice Raquel Montoya-Lewis.
