12. Approval to submit an early infestation grant proposal to the Washington State Department of Ecology for a total of $50,000 to fund treatment of variable-leaf milfoil in Warren Seely Reservoir.
13. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Stevenson, WA to provide pavement striping services in the City of Stevenson in an amount not to exceed $50,000 per year for a period of five years. Also, authorize the Public Works Director to sign any work order or reimbursable authorization, under which Clark County will provide work as described in the agreement.
14. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Skamania, WA to provide pavement striping services Skamania County in an amount not to exceed $50,000 per year for a period of five years. Also, authorize the Public Works Director to sign any work order or reimbursable authorization, under which Clark County will provide work as described in the agreement.

1. Approval to allocate $427,049 in Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to District Court in support of qualifying projects, as outlined in the staff report.
2. Approval to add 6 Deputy Prosecuting Attorney I positions; 2 Victim Advocate positions; 2 Legal Secretary I positions; and 1 Office Assistant II position using American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
3. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign professional service agreements with four engineering firms to survey and design 152 ADA ramps. Also authorize the County Manager to sign supplemental agreements to extend the duration of the contracts.
4. Approval to place an advanced order for 2022 replacement vehicles for the Sheriff’s Office to accommodate manufacturer’s adjusted timeline for orders.
