Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 


Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

Approval to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Vancouver for the purpose of funds provided though Clark County as part of the Kaiser Permanente HEAL Grant award will be used by the City of Vancouver to assist them with their Complete Street multi-modal design and safety implementation in the Fourth Plain Corridor
4. Clark County Rail and Recreation Trail Easement with Washington State Department of Natural Resources - pulled
5. Authorization to apply for a no-match Washington State Department of Ecology grant to fund education and outreach for stormwater facility maintenance
6. Authorization to apply for a no-match Washington State Department of Ecology grant to fund a stormwater education and outreach campaign focused on preventing oil and other vehicle fluids from polluting water resources
7. Interlocal Agreement with the City of Vancouver and the joint application for the 2017 Justice Assistance Grant program award
