Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 


Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually. 

For meeting dates and times, please see the County Council Calendar or the Weekly Calendar on our Meeting Information page. 

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

Proclamation: Community Development Block Grant Week

Consent:
1. Resolution authorizing WSP and the FBI to conduct background checks for employees, volunteers and independent contracts who work in Greater Clark Parks District parks.
2. Authorize County Manager to accept a Statutory Warranty Deed from SJO Lo B, LLC for the purchase of 5.54-acre parcel in Parks District 5.
3. Interlocal Cooperation Purchasing Agreement with SW Regional Transportation Council.
4. Warrants: 03/03-03/24/17; 03/20-03/24/17; 03/27-03/31/17

Separate Business:
1. Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Yacolt whereby Community Planning Department will provide certain planning services to the Town of Yacolt and be compensated for services provided.
2. Application for two Bureau of Justice Assistance grants funding an overdose outreach project and a project focused on alternatives to incarceration.
