Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

9. Request approval of a resolution for temporary road closures of Northwest 11th Avenue between Northwest 149th Street and approximately 1,300 feet north of Northwest 164th Street, not to exceed 180 calendar days, for the construction of a sanitary sewer line by a contractor.

Request approval to adopt a formal fund balance policy for Fund 5006: Elections Fund.
2. Request approval of a resolution expressing the Council’s opposition to tolling the I-5 Bridge replacement, and the I-5 and I-205 corridors in the Portland metropolitan area.
3. Request approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 (Agreement No. SCN00001872) with PBS Engineering & Environmental for the development of a Traffic Control Management Plan associated with the Delfel Road Realignment Project. No additional funding is required.
