Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 


Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

1. Approval to amend existing contract number 2022-BHH-09 with the Vancouver Housing Authority to reallocate $250,000 of SHB 1406 funds from the Weaver Creek project to the Azalea Place project and authorize the County Manager to sign the contract modification upon approval as to form by the Prosecuting Attorney’s office.
2. Approval of a resolution establishing a county department of Jail Services.
3. Approval of $184,900 in budget expense authority to complete a compensation and classification study to address operation and staffing needs, which have been affected by vacancies in critical roles as well as a high turnover of entry-level staff.
