Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 


Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually. 

For meeting dates and times, please see the County Council Calendar or the Weekly Calendar on our Meeting Information page. 

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

11. Approval of an amendment to the budget for the Metropolitan Parks District (MPD) Fund 1032 authorizing the reappointment of $25,000 from professional services to capital outlay for the Raspberry Fields Neighborhood Park project.
12. Approval of a resolution for temporary road closures of the intersections of Northeast 99th Street/Northeast 94th Avenue and Northeast 99th Street/Northeast 107th Avenue, as part of the NE 99th Street project, CRP #350722.
13. Approval to apply to the State of Washington Department of Ecology for a Stormwater Capacity Grant to fund up to $50,000 of Clark County stormwater management work or equipment during 2021 to 2023.
14. Approval of a Notice to Contractors requesting bids for construction of the NE 99th Street (NE 94th Avenue – vicinity of NE 117th Avenue (SR-503)) project, CRP #350722.

Separate Business:
1. Approval of an annual service agreement with Computronix in the amount of $100,000 for the Clark County Land Management System (CC LMS), which is the county’s online permitting system (Jan. 1, 2021 to Dec. 31, 2021).
2. Approval to add a 1.0 FTE Epidemiologist position. Immediate funding will be from existing Federal COVID-19 pandemic response funds and ongoing long-term funding will be State Foundational Public Health Services grant funds.
3. Approval authorizing the County Manager to execute a Utility Easement to Clark Public Utilities for Felida Community Park project, PRJ #0000138.
4. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a Professional Services Agreement (Agreement No. SCN00001872) with PBS Engineering & Environmental for engineering support services for the NE Delfel Road project. Also authorize the County Manager to sign supplemental agreements to extend the duration and increase the contract amount by up to 10 percent.
