Approval to amend a previously approved staff report to allocate funding of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for a county-wide Retention Incentive for all represented and unrepresented regular employees. This amendment is to request an additional $200,000 to cover the full financial impact, due to the benefits portion of the incentive being more than originally estimated.
9. Approval of a new series of classifications: Internal Auditor with salary assignment of the classification to existing pay range M2.822, Internal Auditor, Senior assigned to existing pay range M2.824 and Internal Auditor, Principal assigned to existing pay range M2.827. 3. Approval to place an advanced order for the 2023 replacement vehicles in order to accommodate for manufacturer’s long lead times and ordering deadlines.
