Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually. 

For meeting dates and times, please see the County Council Calendar or the Weekly Calendar on our Meeting Information page. 

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

Proclamation: Community Action Month

Consent Items: 
1. Resolution directing county departments and agencies to enter into discussion with the Cowlitz tribe regarding issues impacting County citizens related to the construction and operation of a casino in northern Clark County pulled - to come back on May 24, 2016 consent agenda
2. Updated Clark County Child Physical and Sexual Abuse Coordinated Response Protocol and Guidelines as the official document developed by local professionals and approved by the Children's Justice Center Executive Board
3. Approve transfer of county housing affordability requirements on properties currently owned by Columbia River Mental Health Services continued to date uncertain
4. Elimination of a position in the IT Department and use the savings to fund the following:
change an existing GIS position from Project to Operating; Upgrade an existing IT Office Assistant II position from .8 FTE to a 1.0 FTE; Create a new temporary project position for a .45 FTE supported employment office aide
5. Final Plat: Herzog Farms Phase I Subdivision (aka Pleasant View Estates PUD)
6. Notice of Hearing and Resolution to review the petition for a road vacation being a portion of NE Axel Peterson Road and establish a hearing date of June 14, 2016
7. Approval to increase the daily stipend of Board of Equalization Board members
