No stamp needed to return your ballot! 

If you are mailing your ballot, it is recommended to mail it no later than a week before Election Day. Your return envelope must be postmarked no later than Election Day to be counted.

If you choose to mail your ballot closer to Election Day, the USPS recommends taking your ballot inside the post office and have a postal clerk manually postmark your ballot.
