Separate Business: Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a three-year lease agreement and any resulting amendments with Veterans for Foreign Wars (VFW) for an office suite at the Center for Community Health, located at 1601 East Fourth Plain Boulevard, Building 17, Vancouver, Washington. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the updated Interagency Agreement between the Washington state Department of Ecology and Clark County Public Health. The agreement delineates the responsibilities of Ecology and Public Health with respect to regulatory oversight of the Leichner Landfill site.
