Also request approval of a sole source contract with Randox Technology Ltd. for the acquisition of an Evidence MultiSTAT analyzer and authorize the County Manager to sign the agreements and any amendments. - Approval to create a capital project and authorize the County Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement and to sign a deed and other necessary closing documents to acquire 12.7 acres along Salmon Creek near the Gordy Jolma Family and Salmon-Morgan natural areas. - Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a Professional Services Consultant Agreement with Otak, Inc. to provide survey and engineering design services for the Mason Creek Fish Barrier Removal project (CRP 391112/PRJ000287). Also request authorization for the County Manager to sign supplemental agreements, if necessary, extending the duration of the original agreement and increasing the original contract amount by up to 10%.
