Santa's Posse

What is Santa's Posse?

A partnership between the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the local community, working together to collect and distribute toys and food to make a special Christmas holiday for less fortunate families.

In 1997, Santa's Posse was created as a way of contributing back to our community and to help families in need during the holiday season.

What started with delivery of food, gifts and personal care items to 43 families has now expanded to 1,000 families. In 2017, Santa's Posse will provide Christmas for more than 3,400 children in our community in an effort to increase positive contacts between law enforcement officers and families.

Food boxes and gifts are delivered, prior to Christmas, by the Clark County Sheriff's Office; Rotary Clubs of Clark County; Fire District 6; KinderCare Learning Centers; and many community volunteers.
