The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is committed to making neighborhoods safer—and we invite you and your pet to join us!
Paws on Patrol is a crime-awareness volunteer program that empowers dog walkers to serve as extra eyes, ears, and paws in the community. While out on your regular walks, you’ll learn how to:
- Stay safe and aware
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Be an effective witness
- Access neighborhood resources and crime prevention tips
You don’t need a pet to participate—anyone who regularly walks in their neighborhood or local parks can join.
It’s an easy, fun way to connect with your community and help make our neighborhoods safer—just by doing what you already do.
Not sure if you live outside Vancouver city limits? Check your address here.
