Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

2. Approval of two contracts with the City of Vancouver for coordination and operational support of a COVID-19 vaccination point-of-dispensing (POD) site at the former Tower Mall site. Further request approval for the Public Health Director to sign any resulting amendments.
3. Approval to submit a grant proposal to the Washington Safety Commission Walker and/or Roller Safety Enhancement Projects to fund a bike safety campaign.
4. Approval of a resolution authorizing the purchase of a ChemImage VeroVision Mail Scanner and waiving the competitive negotiation requirements of RCW 39.04.270 due to a sole source purchase.
