Quieting title is a process to determine ownership of property when there is a disagreement about who is the legal owner.

Vehicles and manufactured homes

If you have had a hard time getting title to your vehicle or manufactured home in your name, you may be able to use this process to settle the question of ownership. Some people call it applying for “ownership in doubt.”
