Become a Provider for Services for Individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
Continuously open Request for Information
This Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit new providers (contractors) for possible addition to the Clark County Developmental Disabilities Program Qualified Provider Network.
Contractors currently working under a county contract need not respond to this RFI and should contact their assigned county coordinator to discuss adding additional services to their contract.
Clark County contracts with qualified service providers utilizing county funding and funding from the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), to provide the following services:
- Individual Supported Employment (IE)
- Community Inclusion (CI)
- Individualized Technical Assistance (ITA)
- Early Intervention (EI)
Applications submitted are reviewed twice annually, during the months of March and August. Completed applications must be received by last day of February or July to be included in March/August proposal evaluations.
It is recommended that you review the RFI Application Guide in it's entirety before starting the electronic application. It is also recommended that you print a copy of the application to prepare, as you may lose work completed if it isn’t saved often.
Application has several attachments that are required as part of the process. Send all attachments to dd.program@clark.wa.gov. Email with the subject line (Agency Name) RFI Attachments.
Applications received incomplete cannot be properly disseminated to the Review Committees and, therefore, may be rejected.
If contractors provide Community Inclusion and/or Individual Supported Employment services, they may not provide Individualized Technical Assistance to customers receiving CI/IE through their agency.
