Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 


Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually. 

For meeting dates and times, please see the County Council Calendar or the Weekly Calendar on our Meeting Information page. 

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

5. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an interagency agreement and future extensions with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to establish a forward-operating base for DNR helicopter operations at Camp Bonneville in support of wildfire suppression in southwest Washington
6. Roll over funding from the 2018 biennium budget cycle and approve the purchase of specialty accessories that go with a one ton utility truck that was approved and procured in 2018
7. Close the $100 petty cash fund for Fleet Services due to lack of use
8. Roll over funding from the 2018 biennium budget cycle and approve the purchase of a lube oil dispensing system
9. Approval of a Rural Arterial Program Project Construction Agreement to receive grant funding for NW Pacific Highway Culvert Replacement, Project No. 390922
