Elliot is a nationally acclaimed economist public speaker and author specializing in making the arcane and minutia of economics fun, relevant and educational.

Elliot holds a doctorate in public administration from Syracuse University. He is a former Senior Economist with the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C. and a frequent speaker on topics including: economic impact of industries such as home building and tourism, consequences of government regulation and strategic business development.

Elliot has spoken to hundreds of business groups and associations. He has been invited to testify before lawmakers and is often asked to comment on proposed legislation.
