Elliot is a nationally acclaimed economist public speaker and author specializing in making the arcane and minutia of economics fun, relevant and educational.Elliot holds a doctorate in public administration from Syracuse University. He is a former Senior Economist with the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C. and a frequent speaker on topics including: economic impact of industries such as home building and tourism, consequences of government regulation and strategic business development.
