2025-2045 Clark County Comprehensive Growth Management Plan
On Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026 the council adopted Ordinance 2026-10-01, reflecting their decisions on the 2025 comprehensive plan update. The 2025-2045 Clark County Comprehensive Growth Management Plan covers the planning period between 2025-2045.
The county issued a Notice of Adoption of the Comprehensive Plan Update on Oct. 20, which kicked off the 60-day appeal period. Appeals are submitted to the state Growth Management Hearings Board.

Amendments to land use maps occur due to annexations, approval of annual amendment (Annual Review and Docket) requests, and periodic review of designations. The resources below are available for determining current Comprehensive Plan and Zoning designations.
