Planning Commission Hearings and Meeting Notes

Work Sessions are typically held on the first Thursday of each month with public hearings being held on the third Thursday of each month. Alternate Thursdays may be scheduled as needed.

Note: There are no meetings scheduled for February.

Due to COVID-19, currently all Planning Commission meetings are held remotely via Webex.

How to participate remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic

Until further notice, the Planning Commission meetings will be held in a virtual format with members attending and voting via Webex.

Public testimony is welcome, and if submitted, will be included in the hearing record.  You may submit advance written or emailed testimony to Planning Commission staff, but be aware that the county may not forward your testimony to the commissioners unless it is received before 5 p.m. at least two (2) business days before the hearing.

During the hearing, you may give spoken testimony.  Each speaker will be limited to three minutes.

If you would like to speak during the public comment period, you will need to connect to the meeting via your computer, mobile device, or by phone. Information on how to participate and how to speak during the public comment period is shown in the video and written instructions can be found with the meeting details.

You need not testify in order to attend.
