The Victim Impact Panel is a class mandated by the court. The 2-hour class details the different consequences someone may face who has either been convicted of a DUI/DWII/Physical Control or the family of a person harmed due to a DUI/DWII/Physical Control case.
Victim Impact Panel can be completed PRIOR to sentencing.

To complete a Victim Impact Panel for a case that is currently with Clark County District Court or Camas/Washougal Municipal Court, contact:

From there, under Victims Impact Panel, click Register for the Victim Impact Panel class and choose the date that works best for you.

Legacy Emanuel Medical Center - 501 N Graham Street Portland, OR 97227
Either location will satisfy the courts' requirements.
Class size is limited and fills up quickly. Do not wait until your deadline to register. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the ability to connect to the class PRIOR to the class starting. Please see the requirements on Legacy’s website for more information.
If you are needing an interpreter or ADA accommodations, you will need to attend the class in person. Please email your request for services in advance to traumanursestalktough@lhs.org to ensure accommodations can be met.
You may also not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol during the course. If you are suspected to be under the influence, you may be asked to leave the class.
Proof of Completion
If you are needing to provide proof of completion, please forward the email stating you have completed the class to benchprobation@clark.wa.gov or directly to your case manager.
