Clark County Work Crew Program
The Clark County District Court Work Crew Program is an alternative sentencing program designed to reduce jail overcrowding by providing minimum risk offenders a work option to meet court obligations. Crew chief staff monitor the type of work assigned and ensure that offenders complete their assigned tasks. Referrals to the Work Crew Program come from the courts and provide sentencing alternatives to serving time in jail, as well as, providing work that is beneficial to the community.

INTERNSHIP DUTIES INCLUDE:
Learning to Train & Motivate a Crew of Court Ordered Participants on Various Work Projects
Learn to Drive a Passenger Van / Tailer
Evaluate and Ensure Work Site Safety
Coordinate with User Agencies to Insure Smooth Accomplishment of Projects
Maintain Detailed Records of Work Crew Projects
