2020 Annual Reviews

The Annual Review process allows property owners to request changes to their property’s comprehensive plan and zoning designations. These changes could allow property owners to use their property for activities not currently permitted under its existing designation. These were the cases processed in 2020. The comprehensive plan and zoning designation changes approved by council went into effect on March 1, 2021.

CPZ2020-00009 Hidden Glen - ON HOLD/ROLLOVER TO 2021

A proposal to amend the comprehensive plan and zoning from Commercial (CC) to Office Residential (OR-22) on six parcels  (144724000, 97835040, 97835032, 97835050, 97835030, 986034150) with a total of 7.33 acres.

CPZ2020-00010 Promenade North 

A proposal to amend the comprehensive plan and zoning from Commercial (CC) to Urban High Density Residential (R-30) on one parcel (200200000) with a total of 3.45 acres.
