Austin Heritage Covenant Release

Project Summary

The applicant requests to partially-release a concomitant rezone agreement (AFN 5151476) to amend the Comprehensive and Zoning plan maps on one 5-acre parcel (200373000) from Industrial with Business Park zoning to approximately 2.5 acres Urban Low Density Residential with R1-5 zoning and approximately 2.5 acres Urban Medium Density Residential with R-18 zoning.

Background

This application was first submitted in December 2020, when the property was under the ownership of Austin Heritage, LLC. The property has since been transferred to the current owner, SJO LO 90 B LLC, however the nature of the request remains the same, to exercise the rezone clause from BP to residential zoning. The owner now wishes to move forward with the request.
