2019 Annual Reviews

The Annual Review process allows property owners to request changes to their property’s comprehensive plan and zoning designations. These changes could allow property owners to use their property for activities not currently permitted under its existing designation. These were the cases processed in 2019. The comprehensive plan and zoning designation changes approved by council went into effect on Feb. 28, 2020.

2019 Annual Reviews

CPZ2019-00002 NE 152nd Ave

A proposal to amend the comprehensive plan and zoning from one parcel (PIN 154246000) with a total of 7.68 acres from Commercial (C) comprehensive plan designation  with Community Commercial zoning (CC) to Urban Low Density Residential Comprehensive Plan designation (UL) with single family residential (R1-6) zoning.

CPZ2019-00003 Riverview Asset

A request to amend the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Maps on two parcels (200326000 and 200355000) from Industrial (Business Park (BP)) to Urban Low Density Residential (R1-10), and from Industrial (Business Park (BP)) to Community Commercial (CC) zoning along the frontage of the property along NE 152nd Ave.  Parcel (200305000) may also be included in the proposal.

CPZ2019-00004 Groth

A proposal to amend the comprehensive plan and zoning on one parcel (PIN 210776000) with a total of 26.29 acres from  Rural 10 (R-10) comprehensive plan designation with Rural (R-10) zoning to Rural 5 (R-5) comprehensive plan designation with Rural (R-5) zoning.

CPZ2019-00006 25th Ave Subdivision

A proposal to amend the comprehensive plan and zoning on one parcel (PIN 145032000) from Urban Low Density Residential Comprehensive Plan designation (UL) with single family residential (R1-6) zoning to Urban Medium Density Residential Comprehensive Plan designation  (UM) with Residential (R-18) zoning.

CPZ2019-00007 Neighborhood Pet Clinic

Proposal to amend  Clark County comprehensive plan designation and zoning on one parcel (PIN 118138224) with a total of 0.29 acres from Urban Low Density Residential Comprehensive Plan designation (UL) with single family residential (R1-10) zoning to Commercial (C) comprehensive plan designation  with Community Commercial zoning (CC).
