To consider the County Engineer's Report on the advisability of a road vacation of an unopened, unconstructed platted road being a portion of NE 106th Avenue dedicated as Stalnaker Avenue lying north of the northerly of right-of-way line of NE 59th Street (Marion Street) and lying South of the Southerly right-of-way line of NE Rosewood Avenue (Railroad Avenue) within “Orchards Park”, according to the Plat thereof, Recorded in Volume C, of Plats, at Page 54, Clark County, Washington, Auditor’s Records(approximately 0.15 acres).
