We encourage our customers to use online services for code enforcement concerns. Customers may also make appointments with staff.
Clark County Code Enforcement responds to citizen complaints regarding building, zoning, land use and nuisance code violations. Benefits of code enforcement include safer, more attractive neighborhoods, greater community pride and higher property values.
When complaints do not result in violations, we recommend mediation services as an alternative to resolving neighborhood issues.
