Hearings are generally held on the second and fourth Thursdays at 6:00 pm each month. They are held virtually.
Upcoming hearings list
The hearings list shows a tentative schedule for upcoming hearings. It is generally updated on Mondays if there is a change to the schedule.
Agendas
Agendas are PDF files.
Participating in hearings
Clark County will hold the hearing via WebEx (a video conferencing software). Instructions for virtually attending a hearing are included in the agendas. Participants do not need internet access and can participate by phone. Interested parties can get directions for participating in the hearing by emailing CommDevOALandUse@clark.wa.gov or calling 564.397.4911. Due to remote work conditions, e-mail is strongly preferred.
Due to the modified format, the record will be left open for one week following the hearing to allow for additional testimony. Send comments to the staff contact for the project listed in the agenda or CommDevOALandUse@clark.wa.gov.
After the one-week open record period, the Clark County hearing examiner may approve the application. A decision by the hearing examiner is final unless a motion is filed for reconsideration or an appeal is filed with Superior Court.
The following PDF handout is a helpful guide for participating in hearings.
