These items are required for your LEAN review:

• Stormwater – two copies are required
  • As-built subdivision plan, available on Maps Online
• Geo-Report or Geo-Assessment must be stamped by a Washington licensed engineer; if you meet this requirement, you must submit the report with your building application – two copies are required
• Wildland Urban Interface/Intermix (WUII) form, if applicable

Common errors

• As-built subdivision plan for stormwater review was not submitted
• Geo-Report was not submitted
• Engineer on Geo-Report is not licensed in Washington
