Other structures on the lot can affect the lot’s eligibility for a LEAN review.

• If the structure has living space shown and has been previously permitted, it must be shown on the plot plan as required by the plot plan checklist.
• If the structure has a living space shown but is not permitted and was built prior to 1970, a permit would be required, and the lot would not be eligible for LEAN review.
• If the structure does not have living space and was built prior to 2000, it must be shown on the plot plan as required by the plot plan checklist.
• If the structure does not have living space and was built in 2000 or after, a permit is required and the lot would not be eligible for LEAN review.
