Starting Monday, Nov. 20, applying for all county building permits can be done online in the new Clark County land management system, CC LMS. It’s the biggest permitting software replacement at the county in years!

To meet the Nov. 20 go-live date, the Permit Center will close each Wednesday from Oct. 18 through Nov. 15 and then Thursday and Friday, Nov. 16-17 for system testing and employee training. CC LMS will make getting building permits more efficient, convenient and transparent. You’ll be able to apply and pay online, schedule inspections online, and see your project’s status in real time.
