The following are typical inspections for pole buildings. The three digit number refers to the inspection code used on the building permit card and on our inspection request phone line.

105 – Excavation/Forms

130 – Zoning Setback
Poles must be in place on a required footing or suspended to allow for the footing before a setback and footing hole inspection can be approved.

140 – Pole Footings

410 – Erosion Control

115 – Foundation Steel 
Required if steel is required by engineering.

320 – Framing
Final inspection can be called in at this time, if interior of structure is not being finished.

555 – Roof Drains

505 – Final Inspection (Job Complete)

If mechanical, plumbing, or gas are installed, related inspections must be scheduled as needed and approved prior to the framing inspection and cover.
