| 1 to 29,999 | $150 flat fee plus $50 per operational permit (if any) |
| 30,000 to 69,999 | $200 flat fee plus $50 per operational permit (if any) |
| 70,000 to 99,999 | $250 flat fee plus $50 per operational permit (if any) |
| 100,000 or more | $300 flat fee plus $50 per operational permit (if any) |
