Stormwater

Your application packet must include a stormwater plan that includes all required elements shown on the stormwater checklist. Only pages one through three are required in your submittal packet for LEAN review in addition to two copies of the stormwater plans.

Required information/elements can be found on the subdivision or short plat as-built plan or on Maps Online. Here is an example of an as-built subdivision plan.

You can order a copy of the recorded plat from the Clark County Surveyor’s Office.

Erosion Control

Your application packet must include an erosion control plan that includes all required elements shown on the erosion control site plan checklist.

Common errors

• Drawings of system as installed are wrong size, illegible or incomplete
• Setbacks from property line are not shown or missing dimensions
• Stormwater system dimensions are not shown on plans
• Stormwater plan does not match approved engineering plan
• Distance between storm lines and foundation is not shown
