This county-owned property is leased to the Harmony Sports Association, which manages operations of the site. The property features multiple youth sports fields, which are used by Cascade Little League and the Columbia Premier SC.
The Harmony Sports Complex is approximately 58 acres located at 1500 NE 192nd Avenue. While the property is county-owned, it is located within the city limits of Vancouver. The Harmony Sports Association has leased, managed and operated the sports complex in partnership with Clark County since 1982. The facility operates year-round and provides facilities for baseball, and soccer.
In 2017 the county, with Harmony Sports Association, submitted a grant application to the Washington State Department of Commerce to improve the parking lot and safety of the site’s entrance/exit. In January 2018, Washington State Department of Commerce awarded $1,141,690 in grant funds to the project.
