Vancouver, Wash. – Regular drivers along the Highway 99 corridor can expect continued nighttime lane closures as paving approaches the intersection with Northeast 134th Street.

On Tuesday, Sept. 8, crews will close the through lane from the Interstate 205 southbound off-ramp to Highway 99 at Northeast 134th Street from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.  A detour will be in place to direct traffic around the lane closure. This work is weather dependent and could be delayed.

Once nighttime paving work is complete in this area, drivers can anticipate daytime single-lane closures as crews return to the corridor to complete replacement of center medians, signing operations and remaining traffic signal work. Contractor crews will resume nighttime single lane closures in late September to complete remaining striping work. This project is expected to be completed by this fall.
