The intersection of Northeast 99th Street at Northeast 94th Avenue will be closed beginning Monday, Aug. 15. Drivers will need to take a detour route to allow Clark County’s contractor to construct a new roundabout. A detour route map can be found on the project website.

The closure is expected to be in place no more than 40 days. Closure start and end dates are weather dependent.

This project will improve cross circulation in the area, Clark County is improving Northeast 99th Street, between Northeast 94th Avenue and Northeast 117th Avenue (SR-503). The proposed design will install the missing segment of roadway, between Northeast 94th Avenue and Northeast 105th Avenue, at the north end of the closed Leichner Landfill. 

Future improvements include roundabouts at the intersections of Northeast 99th Street and Northeast 107th Avenue and Northeast 99th Street and 110th Avenue/112th Avenue.
