Development Agreement and Modification to Concomitant Rezone Agreement
Project Summary
The property owners of certain parcels are requesting a development agreement and amendment to a concomitant rezone agreement. The proposed development agreement and amendment to a concomitant rezone agreement have been negotiated and will require the developer to design and construct a roundabout at Northeast 10th Avenue and Northeast 141st Street and related improvements in exchange for recalculating the traffic impact fees (TIFs) for the Skyview Station development using an alternative methodology, providing for expedited review of its revised plans, and for other consideration as set forth in the development agreement.
