Clark County Public Works is seeking quotes from businesses that can clean privately owned stormwater catch basins as part of the Catch Basin Cleanout Program. The program is designed to make it easier for owners of catch basins to perform routine maintenance that protects water quality and publicly owned stormwater infrastructure. The selected vendor will partner with the county and City of Camas to offer catch basin cleanings at a flat rate. County and city staff will share information about the program during inspections of privately owned catch basins. Catch basin owners can sign up to have their basins cleaned at the quoted rate via the county’s website, at clark.wa.gov/public-works/catch-basin-cleanout-program.

The complete request for quotes (RFQ) is available on the county’s website at clark.wa.gov/public-works/stormwater. Responses to the RFQ can be submitted via email to eric.lambert@clark.wa.gov, or via mail to Clark County Clean Water, PO Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000. RFQ responses are due by noon Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022.
